Truck Show

In the world of boys, there is nothing better than big trucks, fire trucks, and tractors. So, when I saw in our newspaper that there was truck show in town we had to go and check it out. I am not exaggerating when I say that there were more than 100 trucks parked in a field. We spent an hour looking inside, under hoods, and taking pictures of all the "cool ones." The boys took their camera and somehow I uploaded them to the computer and now can't find them, oops. Anyways, here are the ones I got with my camera.

Preschool Graduation

Tate had the cutest graduation program at his preschool Wednesday night. They sang songs, recited Bible verses, and received a Bible from their teacher. I think we were both sad that this stage of life for him is ending. He has made great friends while there and really had fun, too. On to the next chapter of "big" school...

Tate and his best buddy Jack. Jack's younger brother Seth is in Miller's class and they are great buddies, too.

Sadie turns One!

We went over to Tuscaloosa this past weekend to celebrate the boys' cousin Sadie's first birthday. She is one of the sweetest babies I have ever been around! Big sister Neely was quite entertained by Tate and Miller and all of their wild energy. As always, it was tons of fun for all the kids to be together.

Everyone with their "sucky fingers" as we call them:)

Hungry Hippos

It is always funny to me what the boys think of to do for fun. On Monday afternoon Tate went home from school with a friend, so when he got back home Miller was very excited to have his playmate back. I was downstairs starting dinner and they were playing upstairs. I think the first event was wrestling on my bed since the sheets were off (which they insist on stripping down to their underwear for) and then it was on to Hungry Hippos. And, of course, the competition continued in their underwear. I went upstairs to check on them and this is what I found...

Beach Trip

We just got back yesterday from our third annual trip to Ft. Morgan with our supper club. We had beautiful weather, which we timed just right as we left tons of rain and the threat of swine flu behind at home:) We enjoyed lots of good fun, laughs, games and SLEEP. We have increased the trip each time by a day, staying five days this time, so we laugh at how long the trip will be five years from now. I am now counting down the days for school to let out and the pool to open:)
